- Your response regarding support for the manifesto
- Your response regarding willingness to participate in WPU

2. Why we collect this information
The information submitted through this website is collected for the limited purpose of recording public civic support, understanding initial interest in the initiative, and helping WPU evaluate the early formation of its public base.
At this stage, the objective is organizational and civic, not commercial.
3. How data is stored
At the current stage of the project, submitted data may be stored in basic server-side files and internal records maintained by the website administrator.
Reasonable efforts may be made to keep this information protected, but no digital system can guarantee absolute security.
4. How data may be used
Submitted information may be used to:
- Record public adhesion to the founding manifesto
- Measure initial geographic and civic participation
- Review messages voluntarily sent by participants
- Support future internal organization of the initiative
- Contact participants only when reasonably related to WPU’s civic purpose

WPU does not intend to sell personal data.
Information may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary for technical operation, legal compliance, protection of the project, or future institutional organization directly related to WPU’s civic mission.
6. Public nature of the initiative
WPU is, at this moment, an independent civic initiative in an initial stage. It is not currently a formal governmental body, political party, or registered institution.
For that reason, participants should understand that this is an early-stage public initiative and should submit information with appropriate discretion.

Submitting information through the form is voluntary. By sending your information, you acknowledge that you are choosing to support or respond to the initiative of your own free will.
